Enterprise Application Notice: Stenford Ceramic is a specialized B2B field sales and showroom visit management tool intended for authorized employees, sales representatives, managers, and associated dealers.

To provide field sales management, visit verification, and dealer reporting features, we collect the following types of information:
A. Personal & Account Information
- User Credentials: Name, employee/salesperson ID, username, phone number, and password created by system administrators.
- Dealer & Showroom Information: Showroom name, dealer name, primary/secondary contact numbers, address, city, state, and business profile details.
B. Device & Hardware Permissions
- Location Data (Precise & Coarse GPS): We collect precise GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) when you actively check in or record a showroom visit. This is strictly used to authenticate and verify that the salesperson was physically present at the showroom and to display visit history on interactive administrative maps. We do not track your location continuously in the background when the app is closed.
- Camera & Photos: We access your camera and photo library with your explicit permission to capture real-time photos of showrooms, tile displays, and dealer visiting cards (front and back) as proof of visit.
- Microphone & Audio: We request microphone access solely to allow sales representatives to record audio voice notes summarizing client discussions, feedback, and action items.
- Phone / Dialer: The app offers one-touch dialing to connect sales executives directly with dealers and showroom contacts via your device's native phone application.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data exclusively for business and operational purposes, including:
- Verifying and recording showroom visits with accurate timestamps and GPS locations.
- Maintaining and updating a centralized directory of authorized ceramic tile showrooms and dealers.
- Documenting meetings through notes, product sampling tags, visiting cards, and voice recordings.
- Providing administrative dashboards, map-based route insights, and exportable performance reports.
- Securing user sessions and authenticating role-based access (Salesperson vs. Administrator).
3. Third-Party Services
The app integrates with trusted third-party service providers to deliver essential features. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies:

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion (App Store & Play Store Compliance)
We retain your personal and visit data for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill legitimate business, operational, and auditing obligations.

In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety standards, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Stenford Ceramic is an enterprise business application and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
